Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant role for our client in Hackney

The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate competently providing an effective administrative role within the Human Resources Teams to underpin high quality and efficient services provided to support its customers

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

To support the delivery of high quality operational human resources services to the Directorate's managers
To support the HR Officer to secure up to date and accurate maintenance of the Human Resource Management Information System
To be the first point of contact in managing basic, general enquiries and related administrative support
To ensure all filing and correspondence is managed efficiently in respect of personal files and electronic copy files
As directed by the HR Officer, undertake mini HR project work to contribute to the development and implementation of Corporate and Directorate human resources initiatives
Work with the HR Officer to maintain accuracy at all times
To provide IT administration support
Ensure the promotion of equality of opportunity in all aspects human resource management
Develop and promote effective and credible working relationships with senior managers and employees
Undertake other duties which are considered reasonable

REQUIREMENTS:

Understanding of human resources
GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics

WORKING HOURS AND RATE:

Mon - Fri, 09:00am pm

Rate:
£16.35 p/h
