As we are expanding nationally we are now looking for a Logistics controller/Depot Coordinator to join our team in London.
You will be at the forefront of what we do and will play an integral part in the building on the business brand.
This is an office based role Monday-Friday. Fuelmii is a 24/7 business so expectation to take required calls outside of office hours.Job Title:

Hours:8 hours daily Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Depot Manager to make sure that our depots run smoothly and that each and every one of our customers receives their fuel on time and to a first class service.
- The main point of contact for our Drivers with regards to their rota and shifts. Being accountable with the Depot Manager for the effective management of logistics, vehicle management, people, schedules and reporting.
- Your aim is to make sure every vehicle meets all health and safety requirements and is in expected condition for each of our Drivers in order for them to service our customers and submitting regular reporting to the Company Management.
Main Tasks:
- Scheduling and rostering Drivers, vans and equipment needed to deliver our service
- Route monitoring and planning of vans and Drivers
- Responsible for the smooth running of a busy operational depot in line with Management instruction
- Completing inhouse reports to provide data from Fuel-Management system (stock, volumes etc)
- Ensuring all vehicles have been issues with the correct equipment and drivers have confirmed this
- Delivering high levels of customer service internally and externally
- Supporting the Depot Manager in employee performance as well as reviewing your own performance management
- Ensure that all Employees are complying with their training
- Complete alcohol and drug testing when required
- Monitor and escalate issues with Driver conduct, feedback from clients as well as overall conduct/performance uniform and behaviour
- Help with the on boarding process of new Drivers
- Liaise with Sales Administrator in onboarding new clients
- First point of contact for drivers if any issues occur
- First point of contact for customers for scheduling requirements
- Adherence to Company procedures and statutory laws and full deputising of Depot Manager when required

Salary and Benefits:
£24000 to £26000 depending on experience, holiday allowance, company phone and uniform.
