Gardner Wealth Management, a St. James's Place Partner Practice in Northumberland is looking to appoint an enthusiastic administrator to join our growing team.
Our Practice is highly successful and prides itself on offering a first-class service to all our clients, providing them with a range of investment and retirement products and solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.

Hybrid working is an option with 2-3 days a week available for WFH, after initial 'settling in' period.
You will be providing technical expertise to support and assist in this process, through undertaking detailed research and analysis of a wide variety of financial planning solutions.
The Role:
- You will be a friendly, efficient, and professional point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
- You will assist in producing compliant financial planning reports for our Financial Advisers/Partners to present to clients
- You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software
- You will be transacting client investments ensuring supporting documentation and backoffice systems are updated
- You will need to ensure that all business is being processed accurately and client files remain compliant at all times.
The Person:
This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a "can do" working style.
- Having experience in a Financial Services administrative role would be an advantage, although not essential
- You should be a highly motivated individual who shows initiative and enthusiasm
- You should have excellent communication skills, are confident in liaising with third parties and can work with total discretion
- You should have strong IT skills and adapt efficiently to new systems
- You will be employed by the Practice and full training and support will be provided.
