Description
Grafton Banks Finance are recruiting a Trainee Accountant for a modern accountancy practice with offices based in Folkestone.

Our client is looking for an active AAT studier (level 2 or 3) to join them on a permanent basis; this role will be working closelywith the accounts team with a range of client accounting duties, including:


  • Providing assistance to the tax department with Personal Tax and Corporation Tax work
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies

Essential experience/skills:

  • AAT studier with desire to study ACCA/ACA
  • Ideally experience working within an accountancy practice
  • Ability to commute to offices when required.
  • Working knowledge of accountancy systems such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
