ROLE SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Technology (IT), the Senior IT Administrator role is to provision,
manage, monitor, and decommission cloud services, and requires additional knowledge and experience around
technologies and techniques for automating provision and management of infrastructure in a distributed
environment. You will manage and tune in-house computer software systems and network connections to
the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance
that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
#1:
Implementation and Management of Systems (55% of Time):
- Develops, implements and maintains policies, procedures, and associated plans for system security
- Manages and maintains essential IT operations and infrastructure, including operating systems, networks,
- Assesses need for any security reconfigurations (minor or significant) and executes them if required.
- Keeps current with emerging security alerts and issues.
- Manages the relationship with service providers and implementing partners acting as the key technical
- Designs, tests, and inspects data communications systems.
- Designs and implements disaster recovery plan for operating systems, databases, networks, servers, and
- Analyzes business requirements to develop technical solutions and their frameworks.
- Develops test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for various projects.
- Develops technology roadmaps.
- Designs, performs, and/or oversees penetration testing of all systems to identify system vulnerabilities.

Ongoing Business and Project Subject Matter Expertise (20% of Time):
- Deploys, manages, and maintains all security systems and their corresponding or associated software,
- Writes functional requirements/specifications documents.
- Conducts research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security
- Manages and ensures the security of databases and data transferred both internally and externally.
- Designs, implements, and reports on security system and end user activity audits.
- Monitors server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious
