    You'll be working closely with the South and East team—a high-performing group of Sales Directors, Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers who are passionate about exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration will be key, as you'll partner with them to align financial solutions with business objectives and customer needs.

    • A wealth of experience in selling financial products and managing credit portfolios within the asset finance industry.
    • Expertise in the commercial vehicle and business solutions market will be advantageous.
    • Experience in sales training and territory management.
    • Strong credit knowledge, creative thinking, and ability to deliver tailored financial solutions.
    • Skills to analyse financial information and turn it into actionable results.
    • A deep understanding of customer needs, with a commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions that maximize value through products and services.

    As a Territory Manager, you will:

    • Nurture and strengthen relationships with key accounts and dealer networks across the South & East, driving long-term success.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
    • Manage the full business cycle, from quotations to risk management, ensuring stable portfolio performance.
    • Leverage your credit knowledge and creative thinking to structure flexible, tailored financial deals that benefit customers while meeting VFS objectives.
    • Lead dealer training sessions and provide valuable coaching to junior sales professionals.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and leverage local insights to meet evolving needs.
