  • You will need to demonstrate that you can engage skilfully with clients from a variety of backgrounds and have proven skills at working in a busy environment.
  • You will be a highly motivated strong team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • You will have the ability to understand written and oral information of some complexity and the ability to communicate information in a way the client understands.
  • Good numeracy skills are essential as you will need to calculate benefit entitlement and determine whether Universal Credit is the right benefit to claim.
  • You will have effective written communication skills for the purposes of correspondence and case writing.
