Description

Responsibilities:

Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency.
Spread plaster over surfaces using hand tools or machines.
Create decorative textures in plaster or stucco finishes.
Repair cracks, holes, and other damage in plaster or stucco surfaces.
Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment while working.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Skills:

Welding: Knowledge of welding techniques may be required for certain projects involving metal surfaces.
Roofing: Familiarity with roofing materials and techniques may be necessary for repairing or installing plaster on roofs.
Masonry: Understanding masonry principles can help with preparing surfaces and ensuring proper adhesion of plaster or stucco.
