Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.


As the Factory Cleaner at YourRetreats, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of our production facilities.

Your primary duties will include cleaning and sanitizing workstations, floors, and common areas, as well as emptying trash and maintaining adequate stocks of cleaning supplies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Clean and sanitize workstations, floors, surfaces, and common areas
  • Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas
  • Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies, such as cleaning chemicals, gloves, and paper towels
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing minor equipment issues
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized production area

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a similar role as a Cleaner or Janitor
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require repetitive motion and lifting
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
