About The Role:

Cleaning Operative

Location:
Tiptree, CO5 0SU

Rate of pay:
£10.42 per hour
**Shifts: Monday

- off, Tuesday

6am till 9am, Wednesday6am till 9 am, Thursday
6am till 9am, Friday
6am till 9am, Saturday
6am till 9am and Sunday
6.30am till 9.30am**A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaner who will work at our client's prestigious site.

Duties as a Cleaner

Ensure all areas of the schedule are completed as required
Ensure all checklists are signed off as required
Comply with all health & safety regulations
Carry out any reasonable work instruction to the standard required
Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections so as to maintain such conditions
Dust control/vacuum and mop floors
Buff/Polish floors (using appropriate solution) per specification
Empty and reline waste bins
Dispose of rubbish
Wash walls/ledges/desks/doors/glass/fixtures/fittings and chairs as per specification
Clean and maintain Toilets/Washrooms

Job role requirements as a Cleaner

Excellent communication skills
Experience in Similar role preferred
Organisational and timemanagement skills
Comfortable working alone and in a team
Ability to prioritise and manage an everchanging workload
