Job description
Due to expansion, we are looking for a Receptionist / Typist to join our thriving law practice and private client team in Builth Wells.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a reception or an administration role.
- Worked for a commercial business;
- Ideally posses audio typing skills;
- Be familiar with Microsoft office (word, outlook, excel), Office 365;
- Ideally have experience of a case management system (although training will be given);
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Be a team player;
- Be familiar with confidentiality given the nature of our work;
- Be punctual, reliable, personable and be able to deal with clients face to face;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management;
- Be focused, meticulous and with great attention to detail;
- Be well presented.
- A Paralegal who has undertaken a law degree and/or LPC who has a desire to progress in the law will also be considered.
Although a deadline has been placed, the start date is as soon as possible please, although we do appreciate that notice may have to be given.
Salary:
£17,500.00-£19,000.00 per year
