As part of our Client Success team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our clients to ensure they maximize the value they receive from LinkedTrade.
LinkedTrade is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate with a passion for technology and a strong interest in derivatives and structured products.
Key responsibilities:
- Understanding all the features of the LinkedTrade platform and how they relate to business needs
- Manage the onboarding and integration of new clients
- Organize regular presentations to educate our clients on how to use LinkedTrade
- Support our clients, discuss, and analyze their needs to improve the workflows
- Collaborate with our developers to discuss and solve any identified issues
- Participate in the road map design and release cycles
- Coordinate with our developers for hotfixes
- Collaborate with our management team on the marketing strategy
Skills:
- Strong interest in FinTech and derivatives
- High work ethic and level of professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive and adaptability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proactiveness with customers
- Creative, problem solver and result oriented
Qualifications:
years sales experience, preferably working in SaaS or B2B sales
- Good knowledge in finance and ideally in structured products and equity derivatives
- A clientfirst attitude
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
