    Business Development Manager

    We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Siamo Group. This role offers the opportunity to lead and represent a growing SME in the security industry.

    About the Company

    Our client is a thriving site security business based in Gloucestershire, providing bespoke installation, maintenance, and monitoring of security systems for perimeter and asset protection. They offer a full review of existing/planned CCTV systems to ensure clients meet their legal obligations.

    About the Role

    The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence within the UK by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for a range of security products and services.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Identify and research potential clients within the designated territory
    • Prepare client reports and participate in client meetings
    • Manage onsite engineers and projects from start to completion
    • Proactively manage workload and prioritize tasks as required

    Key Requirements:

    • Sales & Commercial Awareness: Advocate for the company's quality security solutions and help grow business opportunities
    • Natural KPI and commission driver
    • Industry Experience: Previous exposure in Security Sales is essential
    • Technical building knowledge: Knowledge of small building works and security installation invoicing is advantageous
    • Organisation skills: Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills with attention to detail
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Software proficiency: Experience in CRM systems and MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Willingness to travel: Promote the business and travel within the UK to meet with clients

    About the Package:

    This role comes with a competitive package including:

    • Phone, laptop, and company car
    • Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
    • Base salary £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
    • Bonus structure
    • 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays, rising to 22 days after 2 years and to 25 days after 5 years
