We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants.
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, whether in a care home or in their own homes.
Your role will involve helping with daily tasks, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients.Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred but not required
- Basic IT skills to record and update client information
- Ability to understand and follow care plans
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others

£11.50-£11.75 per hour
