The opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a talented conceptual Senior Designer to help us maintain our high standards of craft and creativity.

Full of passion and with a keen eye for detail, you'll excel at every stage of the design process - from creating inspiring single-minded moodboards to articulating beautifully executed designs.

You'll have earned your stripes across a number of respected agencies, and boast multiple big brand projects in your portfolio.

Equally at home flexing your design muscles across Branding, Campaigns and POS, you'll be capable of hitting the ground running, and meeting the tightest of deadlines without a problem.

Collaborative, strategic and bold, you'll be someone with confidence in your ideas and know exactly how to execute them, with an enviable understanding of design systems, touchpoints, and toolkits.

The Package:

Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Creating logos, brand identities and overseeing the development of visual assets through to finished executions for print, digital and social channels
Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD)
Directing photoshoots both in studio and on location
Presenting your concepts to the wider agency team and clients, with confidence and professionalism
Keeping up to date with design trends
Working closely with the Creative Leadership Team to generate stunning designs from scamps to finished artwork
Working closely with the Strategy and Account Handling teams
