We are looking for Nurses in Swansea which are open to relocating to Carmarthen, we can offer a great relocation package to help you on your way
What does the role involve?
Being a Dialysis nurse requires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care.
You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Carmarthen Dialysis Unit operates 30 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 120 patients, in partnership with Swansea Bay Trust using only the latest equipment.
This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts between 6.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday.
