The Role
We are currently seeking a Marketing Automation Consultant to join our growing start-up in London. Trigg are certified Salesforce CRM platform specialists. We build marketing, sales, customer service and analytics solutions for media, retail, fintech and telco enterprises.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Be an expert in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product suite and Salesforce CRM with have a deep understanding of the Customer 360 platform
  • You'll be responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures
  • Construct inspiring story led client and partner facing presentations capturing transformational journeys through strategic roadmaps, scoping, high level design and proposal estimates that align with our client's strategy, objectives, timelines and budget
  • Drive the growth of the marketing automation practice by proactively identifying and supporting new business, upsell and cross sell opportunities through collaboration with commercial managers and consultants during presales, bids, account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Effectively plan, prioritise and deliver work according to the release schedule, ensuring ontime successful delivery
  • Supporting the team in RFP, proposal responses, demos and PoCs
  • Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors
  • Collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions
  • Devise and develop customerfacing training plans, materials, and documentation to support rollouts
  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers and other members of the extended team
  • Share your expertise, mentor and support internal team members
  • Be a thought leader and advocate for process optimisation and business transformation through the generation of industry specific blog content, attending and speaking at industry, client and partner facing events
  • Additional duties as assigned

You:


Knowledge and experience required

  • 3+ years Salesforce Marketing Automation experience
  • Certified Consultant with at least 2 certifications (MC Engagement, MC Account Engagement, MC Intelligence, MC Personalisation, CPQ, Data Cloud)
  • Understanding of relational databases
  • Understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider cloud ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, SQL, automation studio, landing pages and journey builder. Interaction studio experience is desirable
  • Handson consulting and/or marketing technology implementation experience.
  • Experience designing and implementing technologyenabled business solutions in clientfacing and team leadership roles (e.g., technical lead, functional lead, workstream lead, solution architect, project manager)
  • Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
  • Experience with project management and delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently

Soft Skills required

  • Capable of demonstrating a very sharp learning curve to become productive, enthusiastic and dependable quickly
  • Knowledge of the organisational structure and culture to help build relationships with key stakeholders and user groups
  • Excellent communication, motivational and presentation skills
  • Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stakeholders
  • Detail & resultsoriented takes the initiative and makes things happen in a fastpaced golive environment
  • Ability to dissect business requirements and return highquality solutions that meet expectations.
  • A solid understanding of business processes
