The Opportunity:

As a Senior Manual Outputs Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the Controls within the team as set out in the Quality Framework and provide support to the Team Manager to ensure targets are met as agreed with stakeholders and customer Service Departments.

You'll be:

Working with all resource so that targets are completed within SLA's or the agreed timescales.
Confidently responding to a wide range of Manual Output specific enquiries and supporting colleagues with technical queries
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with Customer Service Departments working with Risk and Controls.
Providing support to the Team Manager to ensure the MI is of a standard expected by Key Stakeholders and Customer Service Departments.
Deputising for Team Manager when required with localised People management, agreeing holidays in line with Customer demand and completing other colleague related activities
Have good knowledge of operational processes.
Have the ability to work under pressure and be flexible in relation to workload and its prioritisation
Possess previous experience in coaching and supporting colleagues
Are able to produce high quality, accurate reports to strict deadlines
Have knowledge of investigations techniques.
