The Dispute Resolution department currently consists of 4 partners and 7 fee earners, all of whom possess expertise in a variety of specialisms.

As a Senior Chartered Legal Executive, you will play a crucial role in the team and will have experience in at least one of the following areas:

Property litigation
Commercial litigation
Insolvency litigation
Intellectual property litigation

The work on offer is diverse and challenging, and you will have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of high-profile matters.

Some examples of their work include:

Commercial contract disputes
Director duties
Shareholder disputes, including unfair prejudice petitions and derivative claims
Property litigation

, including dilapidation claims, possession proceedings, land registration disputes, and contested lease renewals

Contentious probate, including will disputes and administration disputes
Specialist tax dispute advice
Intellectual property disputes, including design rights, copyright, passing off, and trademarks

As a Senior Dispute Resolution Chartered Legal Executive, you will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm.

You will handle complex cases, provide strategic advice, and engage in high-level negotiations and advocacy. You will work closely with our partners and fee earners, contributing to the department's growth and success.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you are a qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of ten years experience.

You will have extensive experience in general litigation, with a focus on one or more of the specified areas
