Assistant Website Manager
£25K-£35K Plus Excellent Benefits

Assistant Website Manager is sought by a leading global financial services organisation based in the heart of the city/hybrid working.

Within this role you will help to maintain the organisation's large suite of websites - managing the service desk and co-ordinatingbusiness-as-usual bug fixes and tasks, working closely with the Website Manager and supporting them in their day-to-day activities and tasks.

The role requires excellent communication and proven digital HTML and CMS skills, as well as a technical understandingof end-to-end web product delivery.

Duties & responsibilities:


  • Manage the ServiceNow ticket system for business requests and changes
  • Investigate & analyse site issues, bugs and general change requests
  • Complete business as usual' site changes as per user requests using our Drupal CMS
  • Brief the development team of any code fixes for bugs and issues
  • Communicate with the business stakeholders who raise the requests and manage expectations
  • Manage workload via Azure Boards
  • Test bug fixes and web site changes prior to production
  • Assure that all user input is validated before committing changes
  • Ensure all changes are within brand guidelines

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with a Content Management System
  • An understanding of editing HTML and the ability to inspect and diagnose webpage problems via digital tools
  • Experience in digital content creation & management
  • Experience in image and video editing software such as Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Onpage SEO experience
  • Experience with analytics tools (eg Google Analytics) interpreting, analysing, reporting and using data for decisionmaking
  • Desire to innovate, develop skills and be curious about new digital trends, technology, and the opportunities they may present.
