HR Associate Business Partner

£36,000 - £38,000


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Associate Business Partner to join a fantastic HR team at an world leading engineering company during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

As the HR Business Partner, you will report into the SeniorHR Business Partner.


In this role, you will find that no 2 days are the same and you will have the opportunity to be a vital part of the HR function.

Within this role, you will provide professional HR generalist service to support the management of people related challengeswithin a complex manufacturing, distribution and sales operation.

As HR Associate Business Partner your key responsibilities will be:

  • Able to understand and interpret key business performance measures, good standard of financial literacy and analytical skills
  • Deliver a HR Generalist service to support the management of circa 600 employees
  • Build effective working relationships with managers and provide advice and assistance on HR policies and procedures
  • Manage and support with Employee Relations casework
  • Update and Maintain HR Information System Data
  • Support the HR team with day to day HR activities
  • Prepare correspondence to employees including preparations of contracts and contractual changes
  • Lead or assist in HR Projects
  • Represent the department at internal meetings and committees
  • Deliver management and colleague briefing sessions on HR policies and procedures as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
  • Contribute to the provision of a smooth onboarding process for new starters

You will have previous experience as a senior HR business partner in a large multi-site, fast paced, high volume, commercial business, plus have a passion for people and plus having the drive to work and thrive in a fast-paced environments.

You will ideallyhave your CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
