Are you looking for a fast paced environment with the chance to make an established HR function your own?

Good, I am currently working on a brilliant HR Management position working for a Rugby based SME.

This commercial and fast paced client are looking for someone to come in on a permanent basis and support their headcount of just under 100 with everythingand anything HR related.

Keeping on top of the general day to day support you will be able to look at the current function, do a needs analysis and develop and implement any projects you feel will add value.

You can really make this one your ow

Reporting to the MD you will need to bring fresh ideas, be process driven and able to turn your hand to anything HR related - a true generalist.

This position is paying £40,000p.a. - £45,000p.a. and would be on site in Rugby 4 days a week.
