About the Role:

Respond to customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate technical assistance.
Offer expert advice on product selection, installation, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Keep uptodate with the latest plumbing and heating industry trends, products, and technical advancements to provide relevant and accurate information
Provide excellent customer service, acting as an ambassador and representative for the business.
Previous experience working in the plumbing or heating industry is essential.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for assisting others and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to individuals with varying levels of expertise.
Familiarity with industry regulations, codes, and standards.
Full clean UK driving license.
