Schopwick Surgery is looking for part-time care coordinator to join the team, to provide support to the practice manager in achieving practice targets and issuing repeat prescriptions, coordinating housebound patient reviews with the nursing team and other admin duties, as required.

Hours :
Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays pm and Friday pm.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
£10.76-£11.24 per hour

Benefits:
