Full-time

Shift work between 08:00 - 18:00

Based in Basingstoke

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Customer Service Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills.

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver first point of contact resolution in line with targets and service levels.
  • Take ownership for ensuring the Company Values are core to everything you do in order to work together and achieve our goals.
  • Have a flexible approach to meet business needs.
  • Have a positive attitude towards change to enable you and your colleagues to act quickly.
  • Take ownership & accountability for actions taken.
  • Be willing to build good working relations throughout the business.
  • Multiskilled in Housing, Repairs, Reception and all other roles and work groups within the contact centre.
  • Aligning the service provided to the Quality and Data Protection guidelines.
  • Achievement of Customer Satisfaction results as set by Customer Contact Management team.
  • Adept at dealing with both inbound and outbound calls in line with call routing and call blending strategies.
  • Handling multiple points of customer contact.
  • Manage complex customer contacts and complaints with a cando approach displaying, excellent customer care.
