What you'll do:


  • You'll work to quality standards at all points of the process and work to minimise rejection rates
  • Making sure that production targets are met you'll support growing the business recording production output accurately using traveler scanning systems
  • Working from Standard operation sheets (SOPs) for all products manufactured, you'll always follow best practice
  • You'll drive improvements in all of your work and identify improvements to processes and products ensuring all materials and consumables are used in the most efficient manner and waste is minimised

We'd love you to have:


  • Values that we share across the business that drive you to do the best work that you can as effectively as you can working within a team
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment would be great but it's not essential, we can teach you how to do the work
  • The ability to understand customer drawings would be great but we can train you
  • Basic computer literacy to a standard that allows use of business tools such as the Quality system
  • An understanding of the principles of 6S, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing
