About the role
Absence Related tasks:
- Blocking of absentees so RTWs are completed on return.
- Booking stage meetings/reminding managers when to attend these meetings
- Ensuring Managers provide outcomes for meetings using correct google forms.
- Monitoring whether the stage meetings have taken place and reporting back if the meetings did not take place to OMs and SOMs.
- Chasing the completion of RTWs in partnership with the OMs.
ER Related tasks:
- Assisting with investigations (not chairing) note taking and pack collation for investigations. Ensuring investigations packs are complete and sent to relevant teams.
- Checking packs before being sent to ER to ensure all info is included.
- CCTV access and saving of relevant footage.
Welfare Related tasks:
- Monitoring of amended duties/workplace adjustments in partnership with the PP.
- Reporting when a fit note is due to expire, ensuring the People team are made aware.
- Liaising with the Training Team to ensure relevant skills within Metis are updated
- Liaising with the People Team to ensure that Planning makes the required changes for any workplace adjustments.
Operation Related tasks:
- Monitoring that Assessnet report has been raised following an incident.
- Monitoring to ensure OMs are aware that Assessnet tasks are outstanding and ensuring that any associated investigations are completed.
- Monitoring that performance management meetings and actions are booking in completed in a timely manner
- Monitoring that SIP meetings are booking in completed in a timely manner
- Monitoring that corrective actions meetings and actions are booking in completed in a timely manner
Training Related support:
- Booking in managers for People training workshops.
- Monitoring who has attended/completed the required training modules.
The People Support Administrator needs to be able to influence OM and SOM to ensure that AMs are challenged when tasks are not completed by AMs that have been allocated tasks.
