Due to expansion we are looking for a Vehicle Imager for our site in Coalville. The main purpose of these roles will be ensuring quality standards of all refurbished/storage vehicles are met including vehicles leaving the site and maintained in accordance with customer and IT Fleet requirements.

Key responsibilities

Ensure customers and IT Fleet's Quality standards are met and maintained at all times and a consistent highquality level of imaging is uploaded and stored in the vehicle image suite as per customer requirements.
Liaise effectively, verbally and in writing with other site staff, to make sure vehicles are ready for photographing.
Ensure all vehicles leaving the site are checked thoroughly according to the job cards and all work is completed to a satisfactory standard, prior to collection.
Have the ability to work to deadlines and process strong organisational and multitasking skills to achieve KPI targets set by the Site Manager.
Ensure all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements and communicate these to the refurbishment team.
Liaise with the Site Manager to highlight any areas of concern or issues.
Investigate any quality complaints from customers in conjunction with the Refurbishment/office team and produce findings, using initiative to problem solve and implement improvements where necessary.
Highlight any changes required to work processes with the refurbishment team and manage the short/longterm measures for continuous improvement, whilst not compromising on production.
Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure the vehicle handover process is efficient.

Salary:
£11.00-£11.50 per hour
