We are looking for someone who is currently working in a similar role who wants to join a successful team and further their career.

The purpose of the role is too work with new and existing customers to control supplies and negotiate costings.

Responsibilities:

Procurement of raw materials and services
Management of MRP requirements
Negotiation of purchasing terms
Responsible for working with various customers
Support customers, handle queries and resolve enquiries
Investigate and resolve invoice queries
To undertake any other duties appropriate to the level of the post, as required.

Requirements:

Experience of working in a similar role within a manufacturing or packaging environment
Demonstrable experience within a procurement role
Working knowledge and experience of MRP systems
Demonstrable experience in a highvolume purchasing role
Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships
Excellent analytical skills
Strong team player with the ability to influence and inspire others
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Flexible approach to work.
Experience of building relationships with new and existing customers

Hours of Operation
This is a permanent position working 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
