Hybrid working three days office and two days home

  • Temporary, ongoing contract starting August

About Our Client:


The successful Customer Service Advisor will join a friendly team of Care Coordinators supporting customers with any queries regarding products they have purchased.


Based in Trowbridge, the role will be initially fully office based for the first 4 weeks then moving on to a hybrid pattern (Monday and Friday home working).


The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor include:

  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions and product recommendations.
  • Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilise our customer relationship management (CRM) system to accurately document customer interactions, update customer information, and track cases to resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and effectively address customer enquiries.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Advisor:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly and effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • A customercentric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • The business are also open to Graduates seeking an opportunity to build experience in a Customer Service role.
