Springfield Primary Academy - REAch2 Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable, and resourceful person with good DIY skills to assist our Building Services Site Manager with the effective operation of our buildings and site.


The main responsibilities will include the security and maintenance of our site and buildings, ensuring the environment is well maintained and meets Health and Safety requirements.


Duties will include opening and closing of the buildings and site, porterage, grounds maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, statutory maintenance checks.

Good organisational and people skills are essential. You will work under the direction of our Building Services Site Manager.

This is a part time post of 20 hours per week all year round to start in September 2023. The initial hours will be 2.00pm to 6.00pm.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
