Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultants

£18k-25k basic (depending on experience) plus commission, plus quarterly bonus

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Due to continued success, Browns Recruitment Group have a new opportunity for a Trainee or Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in New Office based in Central Worthing.

Full in training will be provided on an on-going basis, we promote a positive non-micromanagement environment where high performers are financially rewarded on top of their basic salary.

We are happy to consider applicants with or without recruitment experience (a background in sales is desirable), however professionalism and the right attitude paramount.

The environment can be a challenging one on occasion so 'thick skin' is required.

We would also look at enthusiastic graduates.

To be considered you will need to be positive, proactive, organised, determined, IT literate, have good time management skills, a good sense of humour, and enjoy working in a busy business development role.
