THE ROLE
We have an exciting new role for a Junior Associate NQ - 3 PQE to join a highly regarded commercial real estate team

The post holder will be handling a varied and high quality workload, dealing with substantial transactions including; acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; renewal and termination of leases and related matters; acquisition and development of sites; joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options.

THE ROLE
This is a superb opportunity for a junior lawyer with a solid track record looking to move to a successful and thriving real estate team

You ideally will have broad experience in a commercial property seat with the commercial acumen and personality to become a key member of a thriving and collegiate team
