As Partner in the Maisemore Agency you'll have the opportunity to run and develop an existing business within the NFU Mutual Agency network.
Highly respected within the local farming and wider business community, our Maisemore Agency provides a solid foundation for you to build on.
Well-known locally, the agency team benefits from a loyal customer base and provides services to an attractive mix of farming and, increasingly, non-farming businesses.
From here you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth in new areas, tapping into local hotspots of Estates & Private Clients as well as a diverse mix of non-farming SME businesses.
Whether you're out in a field talking to a local farmer or sitting with the CEO across a boardroom table, you'll know how to win their confidence through an appreciation of their diverse issues and expert, tailored advice.
About You:
A sales-driven operational leader you're used to juggling the demands of planning and strategy with delivery and driving results.
With the support of your Senior partner you'll be in charge of delivering a significant scale-up plan, tapping into new markets across a spectrum of SME / Commercial businesses, estates and private clients, in addition to defending the agency's core Farming base.
You're an effective communicator and natural networker.Great with people from a wide range of backgrounds, you relish every opportunity to make long-lasting connections and nurture new business leads.
Confident to lead from the front, you're a collaborative, positive and supportive people leader.Well-versed in developing high-performing teams you inspire others to set ambitions high and standards of compliance and customer care even higher.
Our existing Agents come from a broad range of backgrounds, although previous industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services is beneficial.

You'll champion the interests of local farmers, arrange local meet-ups and events, recruit and retain members and keep them up-to-date on agricultural policy.
With full backing from the NFU, you'll have access to expert advice and specialist support on everything from policy and increasing membership to marketing and media.
