Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator


FULL DRIVING LICENSE & CAR IS NEEDED


Our client, is an established Estate Agents in the area, is now looking to develop their existing team with the addition of a Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator.

This is an interesting and varied role which would ideally suit someone some Retail experiencemaybe within a high street brand who has developed some Customer Service Skills and now wants to expand into Property and Sales.

£18,000 basic + circa £4,000 Commissions for selling houses or referring leads to the mortgage advisor or lettings team.


The role will include (training will be given):

  • Registering and matching applicants to properties
  • Assisting with branch management
  • Booking and assisting with Valuations
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Assist management with creating a clear and defined sales process.
  • Live within a reasonable distance of the office
  • Have some Customer Service Experience,
  • Be keen to learn
  • Be well presented
  • Have a Full Driving Licence & Car (as you need to do viewings)
