Description

Our client an established Residential Lettings, Blocks and Estate Management Company based in the Southeast of Kent just outside Maidstone are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Knowledge of the Property Management Sector would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.


Key Skills:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Invoice Processing
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Weekly payments via in house system utilising BACS
  • Assisting with Service Charge renewals
  • Dealing with Service Charge enquiries

Requirements:


  • Experience in Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Good Accounting knowledge/experience
  • Good attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to be able to prioritise your workload
  • Experience in FOCUS desirable, but not essential as inhouse training will be provided

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with half hour lunch break


Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Due to our client's location, your own transport is essential.
