Description
At BTA, we believe that charities are the heart of our community.

We are Scotland's leading charity recruitment and consultancy agency, dedicated to finding the very best people to work for our charity clients.

From the Chartered Institute of Fundraising to your local foodbank, we work tirelessly to inspire these organisations where people, not profits, matter most.

Our Senior Leadership Team is made up of former charity leaders who know the sector inside out. We understand the challenges charities face, and we're here to help them grow and succeed. Our expert consultants and dedicated recruiters work together to provide our clients with exceptional support and guidance. We're passionate about what we do and we know exactly what it takes to make a difference.

At BTA, we live and breathe our values every day. Love, sustainability, growth, friendship, ethics, and knowledge are at the core of everything we do. We're looking for someone who shares these values to join our team as a Researcher/Trust Fundraiser.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a range of external organisations, developing relationships with funders and writing grant proposals to secure vital funding for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you'll need at least three years' experience in grant writing and fundraising for non-profits or consultancies.

You should possess excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of fundraising practices and trends.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, positive, and passionate about making a real difference to the lives of those who need it most.

At BTA, we're committed to supporting our staff and helping them to grow and develop.
