Do you have a passion for travel and tourism? Then why not join our Executive/VIP team at our office in Exeter.

Representing, the UK's busiest hub for International Travel.

The Perks

City centre location right opposite the bus station and a short walk from Exeter Central; Station.
Salary £11.54 per hour And weekly Pay
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00
Weekends are included but not every weekend.
Permanent Contract 37.5 hours per week.

Start Date: 24th April 2023

Day to Day Responsibilities

Provide a high level of service to all clients
Ambassador for the Heathrow brand and vision
Ensure that a seamless journey is arranged for our clients
Confidently resolve all queries/complaints and provide positive outcomes for all clients
Organising suites/special requests on arrival/personal shopping experience
Drive customer satisfaction and enhance the Client brand

About You

Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to negotiate workloads and a good time manager
Ability to work on own initiative and still remain part of the team
Computer literate
Excellent written and spoken communication and problemsolving skills
Confident individual with customer service experience, preferably in an online retail environment
