Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange visitor access through the clients internal portal system
- Book meetings and coordinate schedules for the Project Delivery Manager and the site team
- Write meeting minutes as required and distribute them to the relevant stakeholders
- Raise, track, and receipt purchase orders for the team
- Provide basic project updates to stakeholders as required
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, experience of working in the construction, architecture, engineering or property sector is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
