Project Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange visitor access through the clients internal portal system
  • Book meetings and coordinate schedules for the Project Delivery Manager and the site team
  • Write meeting minutes as required and distribute them to the relevant stakeholders
  • Raise, track, and receipt purchase orders for the team
  • Provide basic project updates to stakeholders as required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is required, experience of working in the construction, architecture, engineering or property sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
