Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is seeking a Trainer for its Global Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team who has held similar roles within a global services organisation.

This person will deliver training and related activities within the firm.

Key responsibilities and deliverables


This person will:
- manage and deliver all training activities for a new platform; the key training activities include training plans, training needs analysis, training design and training delivery- work closely with the change and communications manager to understand the behavioural changes needed to engage all users and include relevant techniques within the training modules while managing all training communications within the firm- understand the target processes and platform configuration to design the required training modules, with support from the business analyst- ensure training guides are drafted and/or updated regularly- work with the project manager to deliver training updates to the wider project team, and maintain training statistic records such as engagement and attendance- deliver training to all fee earners and other impacted teams across the firm- manage and maintain a training video library alongside other training materials consistently look for better ways of working to improve the training experience of all users

Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering training on large, global change projects- Ability to work in a challenging and time pressured environment- Ability to quickly immerse themselves into the project and firm culture- Can build strong relationships quickly and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders- Confident and approachable manner- IT literate, fluent in MS Office- Fluent English, both written and spoken- Exceptional writing and presentation skills- Attention to detail
