Job Title: Property Litigation Solicitor

Salary: Up to 65K DOE

Location: Newport, hybrid/remote

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our team. Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a caseload of property litigation matters, including disputes over rights of way, prescriptive easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, commercial, agricultural, and residential landlord and tenant matters.
2. Prioritize work and meet deadlines.
3. Demonstrate technical expertise in handling dispute-related casework.
4. Engage in business development and cross-reference clients within the firm.
5. Delegate tasks to and supervise paralegals and trainees.

Requirements

1. UK qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with a solid background in Property Litigation matters.
2. Proven track record of securing successful outcomes for clients and excellent negotiation skills.
3. A genuine interest in high-quality Dispute Resolution matters is essential; business development experience or an existing client base would be beneficial.
