Description

Position:
Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the construction site and supervising the construction of all types.

This position requires a person who is detail oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is willing to work in a fast-paced environment.


Core Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the site at all times ensuring that all safety rules are followed.
  • Conduct daily site briefings to site operatives and issue permits in line with safe dig policies.
  • Accountable for all activities on site from setup through to delivery and completion.
  • Monitor and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the site is clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order.
  • Inspect and inspect work to be performed to determine if it meets specifications.
  • To carry out Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks to ensure the continued development of a safe and environmentally focussed working culture.
  • Ensure that the work being performed meets quality standards.
  • Inspect job sites for defects or problems to be repaired before job is done.
  • Inspect job sites to be completed to be sure they are clean, wellmaintained, and ready for the next phase of construction.
  • Complete required paperwork as required for project completion.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Experience:


As a Site Supervisor, you will require the following certification;

  • Full driving licence
  • NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor Card
  • CSCS card / NRSWA Card


  • NVQ level

  • SMSTS / SSSTS

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Freelance


Salary:
£220.00-£260.00 per day
