As a carer you will be assisting clients with their physical and emotional needs, you will do whatever you can to help them get the most out of life and to remain living safely in their own homes.

You will be the carer that always respects their dignity and maximises their independence.

You will play a big part in developing their care plans so that they are as individual as the clients you care for.

• Easy Living Solutions Ltd are looking for
  Community Support Workers to work starting from
  7.00am 9.30pm, with
  split shifts, half or full day shifts available 7 days a week. You will have contracted hours from 16 hours +_

_Daily tasks of a

Community Support Worker:
_
-
_Personal Care_ _~ Supporting individuals in their home, to ensure cleanliness and skin integrity_
-
_Assisting with mobility_ _~ helping to maintain mobility and assistance with daily exercise_
-
_Manual Handling __~ assistance with transfers with the correct equipment and training (full training provided)_
-
_Medication_ _~ Overseeing the client with their medication both with prompts and administration (training will be provided)_
-
_Household_ _~ General tidying of immediate areas, light duties, clothes washing etc._
-
_Meal Preparation_ _~ Breakfast, Lunch, Tea & Super, meeting client nutritional needs_
-
_Taking Clients out __~ Taking clients shopping, appointments, and general social visits_
-
_End of Life Care __~ Supporting clients at the end of their life with dignity and respect ensuring they have as nice a passing as possible _

_The Position will offer:

_Hourly rate_ _paid at
£9.75 - £10.75 per hour (paid travel and waiting time)_

40p per mile_
