We are an experience renewable energy developer, 50% owned by the listed Brand Group.
Our goal is to continue the growth of the company by developing further large scale solar (and battery storage) asset across the UK.

Land Specialist/Buyer/Scout (Junior level)
Industria Resources specialise in the development and construction of ground mounted solar projects across the UK.
They have thrived in recent times and have developed an impressive pipeline of projects, and as a result the company now wish to expand their highly skilled team to facilitate future success.
The directors and staff have completed over 500MW of solar farms, either connected directly to the grid or dedicated to some of the UK's largest and well-known companies such as BT, Coca Cola and Tetley Tea.
We currently have over 1GW of projects in our pipeline and we are lookign for an experienced Land Specialist to join our dedicated team and to help with the delivery of these site and additional new sites.

The role and responsibilities
Working within the Land Team and the land team manager you will work alongside the grid team to identify, contact and convert potential sites into leads.
You will support the acquisitions and project delivery teams, who have overall responsibility for the development and delivery of our projects at differing stages in their life cycle.
- Likely to be degree qualified.
- Some prior experience of land management across both rural and commercial sectors.
- You will have knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant legislation.
- Experience in the renewables sector is preferred but not essential.
- You will be resilient and enjoy working at pace and have the confidence, capability and independence to deliver the required outcomes.
- You will have a cando attitude and be expected to identify land and planning related risks and develop proposals to mitigate them to secure deliverable projects.
- You will be selfsufficient but enjoy working and delivering within a team environment.
Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
