Are you an experienced 1st / 2nd line support analyst living or working in the West Midlands?


Our client
Adler Pelzeris a worldwide leader in the automotive sector's design, engineering and manufacturing of acoustic and thermal components and systems.

They are currently recruiting for a
1st / 2nd line support analyst based in Tipton, West Midlands.


The overall purpose of the role:

As a
1st/2nd line support analyst with good technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you will work on a wide variety of issues covering various departments, including logistics.


Role and responsibilities:


  • 1st/ 2nd line support to all users across the business
  • Support, test and setup Hardware & Software
  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, hardware, software and mobiles
  • Update and maintain ICT asset inventory
  • Update and maintain specific Logistics logs
  • Provide assistance to the IT Manager as required

Skills and qualifications:


  • Good technical knowledge and logical approach towards tasks
  • Clear interest in IT and related fields
  • Problemsolving
  • Working on own initiative to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Strong communication skills to work with various teams and colleagues to resolve issues
  • Drive to improve and think outside the box
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Flexible

Hours of work and salary package:

  • Salary £22K to £24K DOE
  • Permanent role 40 hours/week based on our site
  • There is a NEST Pension of 3% Employer and 5% Employee Contribution
  • 25 days annual leave plus 8 BH
