Job Profile


Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team within Leeds City Centre on a temporary basis.

This role is initially for 6 weeks beginning in March with the chance of turning into a permanent role if both parties are happy.

They haveadvised previous EA experience or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. Senior admin abilities are essential however.


Responsibilities

  • Call filtering, note taking, and inbox management (Microsoft Outlook)
  • Awareness of assignments in place and key clients always, to be 'on top of' team's deliverables
  • Understand the search process and be aware of requirements/timings of key client meetings on live assignments
  • Assist with client paperwork and meeting any associated deadlines
  • Manage the search timelines ensuring deadlines are met, action points are responded to and all necessary documentation is completed
  • Manage specific elements of projects, where appropriate, take programme management responsibility for projects as identified
  • General and ad hoc support to the team as and when required for the success of the endtoend search process
  • To provide holiday cover for the teams' Project Managers\Exec Assistants

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required

  • Must have recent proven work experience as an Executive Assistant in a corporate, client centric environment with the confidence to engage at all levels
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Experience and proficiency of using MS Office programmes
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including proficiency in English
  • Educated to degree level is desirable but not essential

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm


Salary:
£12.30 per hour
