At Venture Trust, we have an essential and exciting new role within our charity to lead our operational teams. We are looking for a talented professional to create meaningful change for our participants.

You will lead our Locality Teams to deliver high quality therapeutic, person-centred journeys, harnessing outdoors and nature spaces within communities and in remote areas of Scotland.

About The Role


You will play a pivotal role in leading our highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams, providing operational and strategic leadership and fostering an environment where our people can grow and thrive.


You will oversee our high quality participant work, including outdoor and nature based programmes in communities and across Scotland's Wilder places.

You will embed participant voices at the heart of our operational designs and decision making.

Through your networks, you will maintain and develop strategic relationships with stakeholders, partner agencies and local authorities, and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£43,000.00 per year
