The Role:

We are looking to consolidate our current brand IGADPole UK channels and expand to B2B network growth.

The Sales and Marketing Associate will be the Brand owner and will coordinate the current e-commerce sales and work on the expansion to B2B in the UK market.

Extensive experience is not a must, we are looking for good base and a fast-learning agility.

One interview step will be for you to prepare a draft business plan for entering in one of the Top 10 UK DIY retailing chain.

The office location is in Birmingham and flexible working arrangements are possible.


Responsibilities:

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Create and supervise various marketing campaigns and campaigns materials
• Create social media content and maintain communication with the potential customers
• Researching new overseas markets
• Developing new products and services, including detailed market strategies and pricing plans for entering B2B market
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of sales and marketing performance metrics
• Understanding of various marketing processes especially Digital Marketing
• Outstanding ability to communicate efficiently, fluent in English, another language will be an advantage.
• Good skills in utilisation of video editing and graphic design software
• Good problemsolving and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and support
• Right to work in the UK

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience and working hours.

We offer a starting salary for a full-time position of £27,500 plus performance bonus in line with the sales growth contribution.
