About the job:
Permanent | £30,000 - £35,000 | OTE £60,000 - £70,000
- Manage and build relationships with your Clients
- Distribute roles to best athlete within your team
- Write and place adverts in line with Client requirements using available resources
- Arrange interviews with Clients
- Negotiate offer and packages
- Keep the CRM up to date with all notes
- Ensure legislative and Client compliance at all times
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Achieve and deliver personal budget to support in the overall business strategy
About you:
To qualify for this role, you'll need:
- Minimum three years experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Developed and maintained business relationships with industry recognised clients
- Would be of benefit, but not necessarily essential to have experience of Recruitment within the Automotive manufacturing, Motorsport and/or aligned Engineering sectors
- Excellent level of sales and account management experience with an aptitude for contract negotiation, perm fee negotiation and management of terms
- Commercial Acumen
- Be extremely personable and have great verbal and written communication skills
- Be comfortable to develop and manage relationships with clients
- Innovative and selfmotivated and have the ability to find solutions to identified problems
- Have great planning and organisation skills to effectively manage your desk
- Be up to speed on current recruitment, employment and HMRC legislation and compliance
