Description
We are currently seeking an experienced carpenter/Fire door inspector for our Kent Schemes - Ashford to Hastings.


The successful applicant will be performing works in residential care homes and will be experienced, customer focused and have an eye for detail.


Schedule:8-hour shift
, Monday to Friday


Salary:
£ per week Gross (CIS)


Carpenter / Fire Door Inspector Duties:

  • General maintenance/repair of Fire doors
  • Carpentry
  • Changing locks and handles.
  • Adjusting Gaps etc
  • Fire stopping
  • Door installation and repairs.

Carpenter / Fire Door Inspector Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with customer focus and an eye for detail
  • Undertaking a range of building fabric repairs
  • UK Trade relevant qualifications
  • Own tools
  • Joinery: 2 years (preferred)
  • Carpentry
: 2 years (preferred)

  • BM-TRADA Fire door and fire stopping knowledge or FIRAS

Carpenter / Fire Door Inspector Benefits:

£1,100.00 per week
